Emily Lowe will be joining us to discuss her research on gender inclusivity in voice research and pedagogical practice. 

In this talk, Emily will explore how the language we use impacts our students, and how consideration of gender, language and identity in research can influence the way that our profession develops as an evidence-based community of practice.

The Transformational Voice Research Network invites you the first of their monthly reading and discussion groups. 

The meeting will be held online via zoom on Thursday February 13th 2025 7pm-8.30pm UK time. 

For this meeting we will be discussing the use of Indigenous Paradigms and Story Telling Methods. 

The discussions will be based around an article by Julieann Coombes and Courtney Ryder: 'Walking Together to Create Harmony in Research’.
